Pre-paid Support
Our Pre-paid support provides your organisation with
the assurance of full support without delay, by phone, fax or email.
Your pre-paid support agreement (PPSA) includes a
90 day grace period once your staff has been trained in a train-the-trainer
style manner. This helps accumulate an in-house knowledge base so
you save on training and support dollar as well as minimising disruptions
to your daily business activity.
Our policy is to work closely with our customers,
to provide peace-of-mind.
Just like pre-paid mobile, your support costs are
debited from your PPSA as you go and can be "re-charged"
at any time. We'll give you a detailed quarterly report to inform
you of the last quarters questions, the result and time spent resolve
the issue.
