Scheduling
One of EFFICIENCY's main objectives is to increase productivity and efficiency of an organisations entire client and business management. The Activity Manager is the core engine that integrates, relates and controls all internal, external, past, and future activities and tasks of the enterprise. Activities without time and duration fall into the task category and others with the time and duration are treated as meetings or appointments.

Appointments are displayed in calendar views of day, week, month, and year or grid formats. The "days not available" for business can be maintained on multi-levels, from individuals to the countries for the various types of absence definitions.

The internal and external group meetings with the participation of the selected staff or contacts from the outside world can be organised, resources and venues can be scheduled. The reoccurring meetings with any number and types of participants can be maintained.

Tasks and meetings can be re-scheduled, re-assigned and re-organised for individuals or groups. Each activity is time stamped when created and time stamped when completed. Each activity also maintains the date and time of the action and the date and time of the next action.

EFFICIENCY supports MS Outlook, Lotus Notes and Groupwise schedulers. The calendar details are updated automatically on these applications and the changes in those are reflected in EFFICIENCY scheduler as a function of the Task Manager. The main power of EFFICIENCY scheduler and the superiority over the other standalone schedulers is that the entire client and business management options and information are directly accessible from any one of the EFFICIECY scheduler options.

The powerful analytic capabilities of EFFICIENCY allows the managers and supervisors to analyse, manage and execute all time and period related key performance indicators by executives, contacts, activity types, reasons, results, costs and benefits either directly or against the target values.
