Donations & Lotteries

Most non-profit organisations raise funds in the form of pledges, donations, bequests, selling raffles and lotteries. EFFICIENCY provides all of these functions as part of its TOTAL CLIENT and BUSINESS MANAGEMENT concept.

Most of these functions require some form of a "Bulk Contact" environment; EFFICIENCY handles them within the CALL CENTER Module. Activities are recorded in Activity Manager and stamped with an appropriate Campaign Split. Cash can be received in any format, letters and receipts are printed or e-mailed, banking is processed and the result is transferred to the financial systems.

Advanced campaign and marketing functions will improve your organisations standing within the community by providing your donors and prospects with appropriate information in time and by their choice of communication medium.

Produce lottery tickets, individually or booklets, for distribution via volunteers or reseller channels. Each raffle and lottery can have multiple prizes and the system draws the winning tickets on the draw date.

Thanks to the advanced information architecture of EFFICIENCY, entire organisation can access all the donations related activities, totals and history as part of the Total Client and Business Management concept within the individual security limitations.
