Executive
Efficiency
uses the term "Executive" to identify employees with an organisation
that interact for any reason with customers, prospects, and suppliers.
The Executive Module is one of the backbones of EFFICIENCY. All Sales,
Marketing, Customer Support and Contact activities, and transactions
relate to at least one executive. Executives may be a dealer or franchisee's
staff or members of an outside service organisation that provides
your clients with after-hours service.
Efficiency's Executive
Module maintains private and employment details of each executive
as well as personal details, availability calendar, job skills and
training information. Each executive record is extendable to include
an unlimited number of user defined fields and transaction lines.
This expands the executive module functionality to a mini human
resources package. Executives belong to at lease one operating division,
executive group, security access group, and executive team
Each EFFICIENCY activity
registers the executive that performed the transaction as well as
the activity's follow-up executive, be it the same or another. Any
module record, such as Quotations, Orders, Events, Customer Service
Log or Transaction, Workflow or To Do Lists always belong to at
least one executive. Standard activities or workflow events incomplete
by a deadline escalate automatically to nominated supervisors. The
mode of receiving the data by these executives are defined at executive
levels..
