EFFICIENCY supports multi-company
(operating division), multi-branch and multi-department structures.
Executives belong to branches of operating divisions. Each master
record and transaction in EFFICIENCY is stamped with the related operating
division, branch and department values.
The company and the contact
(clients, prospects and suppliers etc) are entered in the system
once as if in the Yellow Pages and White Pages telephone directories.
System automatically extends the company/employee or contact records
to a second layer, one for each of your operating divisions. All
the subsequent records and transactions will be attached to the
second layer thus enabling the system to handle multi-tier customer
and contact management with a great efficiency.
When the host system (financials)
is integrated the organisational structure in EFFICIENCY is defined
by the financial systems requirements.
