Escalation
One of EFFICIENY's main objectives
is to enable your organisation to better solve customer's problems,
fulfil requirements or to complete business tasks within the promised
time frame regardless of the circumstances or changes in the day-to-day
flow of business processes.
Any future activity marked
for completion by a certain time is automatically escalated to the
next nominated person to fulfill the escalated tasks on behalf of
the executive. Sales and Service tasks can be re-directed two different
persons for each executive. The escalated task is notified by alarm,
e-email or activity transfer.
The escalation engine ensures
all customers are serviced and all business tasks are completed
in time regardless of the changes in circumstances.
